Sonicwall Pro 300 + WMS9 problems

Recently we took our 2003 Servers and put them behind a pair of SonicWall
pro 300s. Both pro 300s are setup identically in a fail over setup running
the 6.6.0.6 firmware. The clients view the stream with a simple embedded
player in their browser. The problem is that some clients connect and
watch/listen just fine. Others get the buffering message and then it goes
to ready. When I try it on my laptop sometimes it happens to me,
sometimes it doesn't. Does anyone have any experience with this problem?
My first guess is that the Sonicwall is killing the multicast traffic coming
back out of it.

Sonicwall has been no help at all. All they can do is tell me to contact
my software vendor.

It looks like all of the unicast clients are connecting fine, is there a way
to see how many multicast clients are connecting of if multicast clients are
connecting at all?

We have seen several issues with the sonicwall, where it apears from our
logs, that the firewall thinks it is being DOSd, and starts dropping
packets.

Don't know what happened with these issues when we geve these customers the
logs, and they went to SonicWall.
